Design Process

We believe the development of a graduation ring design needs attention to the present the future as well as the past. It needs to consider and include the fundamental culture within the college mindset if possible and have regard for practicality and enduring wearability.

The Graduation College Ring needs to be instantly recognizable and associated with a particular College. It needs to become part of and reflect where possible the tradition and values entrenched within the College and indeed become a tradition within itself.

We invite Colleges and students to arrange a meeting with us to discuss the important aspects to be included in a design composition. We will then proceed to generate design renderings and actual samples. This process is relatively short and would result in being able to supply rings in just a few weeks.

Ordering Process

Once a design is selected and prices are determined and approval is granted by the College a link to an actual Graduation College Ring web site will be established for students to view designs, request any personalized variations if applicable and place an order.

Access to each Graduation College Ring web site will be password protected to ensure the integrity of allocating Graduation College Rings.

Ring Finger Size

Help in determining a ring size is available on line and we include providing sets of ring size gauges to be available at the College Office.

Delivery

Delivery will either be via the web site through Australia Post or delivered to the college for personal pickup.

Warranty

Graduation College Rings – Australia include a lifetime repolishing service free of charge. Any defect in materials or workmanship will be either repaired or replaced at no charge. Resizing or any restoration required will be available at minimal cost.

Payment

A deposit or full payment with an order will be required on-line with PayPal or bank transfer.
